Follow the instructions below to become a member of the most athletically and academically successful community at TJ.  There are seven (7) steps to complete the registration.  Throughout the registration process, if you have any questions, please email tjcrewmembershipchair@gmail.comApplications due FEBRUARY 19.

*Note:  If your student participated in a TJ sport this year and you previously completed all three steps above, you do not need to complete again.  However, you should log in to https://tjhsst-ar.rschooltoday.com/ to confirm that "CREW" is selected under Spring Sports.

Novice Rowers $1,200

Novice Practice bus ˜$700*

Returning Rowers $1,350 

Optional Practice Bus Insurance $50

*Finalized Practice Bus information and costs will be announced closer to the start of crew practice. The estimated cost is $700/rower.  The Practice Bus is mandatory for Freshmen and Sophomore Novices and they are automatically signed up. Returning rowers may signup for the bus at the link below.


Parents of Bus Riders must chaperone the practice bus at least once during the season.  Click to sign up:

TRAVEL COSTS FOR OUT-OF-TOWN REGATTAS 

Expenses for Qualifying Boats are not included in registration fees.  Out of town trips will be detailed as plans are finalized.  


SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAMS

Scholarship programs are available to assist families  for whom payment of the full registration fee is a financial burden.  Specifically, scholarships may be available for students who have been approved for Free and Reduced Meals for the current year.  A description of the scholarship program is available at: TJ Crew - Scholarship Policy (Effective 02/15/2023) Please contact Tony Jimenez at tjcrewpresident@gmail.com for more information.

US ROWING MEMBERSHIP 

NOVICES:

RETURNING ROWERS:*

*Note:  Students who will be 18 any time prior to June 1, 2024 will need to complete the 30 minute US Rowing Safe Sport training upon registration. 

STEP 5

ORDER NEW UNIFORM IF NEW ROWER

(NOT NECESSARY FOR WINTER CONDITIONING OR RETURNING ROWERS)
